Goggles
It is not always essential for a snowboarding enthusiast
to have goggles. If weather conditions are good, visibility will not
be reduced. However, even if there is no precipitation, protective eyewear
can reduce glare to help the athletes see well.
If there is precipitation, goggles keep snow or sleet out of the athlete'
s eyes. In addition, it is easy to wipe away collected snow from the
eyewear after a good run. Goggles may fog up, but there are antifog
solutions available for sale to help prevent this.
For athletes who wear eyeglasses is not recommended to use goggles
on top of prescription eyewear. Instead, wear contact lenses and eyewear.
It is also possible to have goggles that are custom made that comply
with a prescription.
